"White Fang" is a novel by Jack London about the un-believable devotion which is difficult to find among people. On the Earth, there is the only creature able to manifest this feeling so forcefully it is a dog. White Fang is a wolf in whose veins there runs the dog's blood. That's why he cannot deprive himself of human comrade-ship in spite of the cruelty, meanness and treachery which he is forced to suffer from the people. Under the influence of the environment, White Fang himself becomes ferocious and ruthless. But even ferocity is unable to resist love and affection.
